You may cancel your registration online with the "Access My Registration" link in your registration confirmation email, or submit a cancellation request in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations will NOT be accepted over the phone.
To qualify for a full refund we must receive your cancellation no later than June 5, 2015. After June 5, 2015 refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds (no exceptions) will be available after June 12, 2015 or for those who do not attend the conference.
Registration fees paid by check will be refunded within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference. Registration fees paid by credit card will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date.
